Hopia has a shelf life of 1-2 weeks stored at room temperature. For longer periods, the hopia can be frozen up to 6 months. To thaw: do not reheat or defrost. Leave at room temperature until it is ready to be eaten. To enjoy warm, microwave for 5-10 seconds.
